Nanotronics products have a one (1) year limited warranty on parts and labor. This warranty does not cover accident, abuse, misuse, batteries, and fire or water damage.
For other defective or damaged products, contact the manufacturer warranty department or customer service number to arrange their warranty service.
Our return policy is thirty (30) days. You may return your purchase to us for a refund or store credit. However, if more than thirty (30) days have gone by after the item delivered date, we cannot accept any returned items.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging. Any item received that has obvious signs of use, damaged, or missing parts will not be accepted.
To return an item, please log into your account or email customer service at support[at]nanotronics.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging to mail your return. Any returns without a visible RMA number on the package will be refuse and not be accepted.
Important notice, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow up to (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds will be applied back to your original method of payment or store credit if you had requested it. We will notify you via your user account or by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned: software, digital products, batteries, and custom orders.
Some items have a 15% restocking fee if returned: mobile phones and gaming products.
There is no restocking fee if the item is unopened.
