Returns & Warranty

Our return policy guarantee for refund or exchange is up to thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. If more than thirty (30) days have gone by, we cannot accept any returned items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, missing parts or has obvious signs of use will not be accepted and returned back to the customer.
To start your return, request a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number from your account dashboard or contact us page. Any return merchandises without an authorized RMA number on the package will not be accepted.
The shipping cost to return package back to us is customer’s responsibility. The original shipping charge to send package to customer is nonrefundable.
Please allow up to seven (7) days to review and process your refund. The refund amount will be applied back to your original method of payment. We will notify you via your account dashboard or by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned: software, digital products, batteries, and custom orders.
Some items have a 15% restocking fee if returned: mobile phones and gaming products.
There is no restocking fee if the item is unopened.
Nanotronics products have a one (1) year limited warranty on parts and labor. This warranty does not cover accident, abuse, misuse, batteries, or water damage.
The majority of other items have a one (1) year limited warranty too. Please contact the manufacturer warranty department or their customer service number for more information or to arrange warranty service.
