Shipping & Delivery

We process orders Monday through Friday during regular business hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays and after business hours are processed on the next business day.

We do not ship orders to APO, FPO, or DPO and PO Box addresses.

Our shipping carrier is FedEx, however we may also utilize the other carriers. You can track your package using the tracking number to get realtime shipping status and an estimated delivery date.

If you created an account during checkout; log into your account and select Orders menu, choose the order you want to track and click the track button to access order shipping information.

If you do not have an account; visit Order Status page and enter the info in your shipping confirmation email to access order shipping information.

To ensure your package arrives safely, you may need to sign for it at the time of delivery. A signature confirmation can prevent your shipment from being lost or stolen.

Also note that the free shipping offer is only available within the 48 contiguous United States. It is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and International continents.
